Multumim pentru mesaj, doamna Cornelia. Parizerul este realizat din carne de lucru vita si porc si urmatoarele:
– condimentul de parizer format dintr-un mix de condimente naturale folosit pentru gust
– gheata folosita pentru a nu incalzi pasta
– la toate acestea se adauga putina slanina pentru a lega compozitia fara de care nu s-ar omogeniza.
Am incerca reteta doar cu carne de vita, insa nu am avut succes (nu se lega compozitia, se sfarma in bucatele).
